Coppola Wine Summer Feast Campaign

What’s summer without great wine?! Coppola Wine to be exact! The ever popular Coppola family of Sonoma County, California is all too familiar with great wine. Their family has owned and operated Coppola winery since 2006— offering an extensive collection of award winning wine and spirits to their customers. Not to mention the family winery hosts tons of wine lovers each year.

For this particular campaign the team at Coppola asked me to find the perfect summer pairing for their Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon. I typically prefer white wines so this was definitely a step outside of my comfort zone. However, after sampling the Coppola Cabernet I just knew I had to whip up a decadent chocolate sauce, drizzle it on some fresh strawberries, and invite my best friend, Cynthia, to picnic with me. The robust flavors of the Cabernet paired wonderfully with the chocolate sauce— bringing out the rich notes of the dark chocolate. Cynthia and I had a lovely afternoon and in the process discovered that we are in fact red wine lovers!
